Foley vs Foley (S01E03)

The girls' beloved hangout spot is set to shut down due to a money-hungry developer. Nick supports their cause, urging them to stand up for their beliefs—until he discovers that the developer is his new partner, Miles Parnell, and the proposed project is the new Foley Center. Now, Nick finds himself at odds with the girls, who are determined to prove that Spiro's is a cherished landmark worth preserving. They must work hard to change his mind and save their favorite place.
