Having struggled with shame over her sexuality throughout her upbringing, Cara is now determined to embrace her identity fully. While in Germany, she connects with queer refugees who are using cabaret as a means to reconstruct their lives. She experiences her first-ever Pride event in Tokyo and then heads to the United States to celebrate at the largest lesbian festival globally.
