Just before his much-anticipated opening, Harry decides to leave Archie's bar after being pushed around by his intolerant boss. Feeling powerless, Edith and the Stivics show up right on time and eagerly step in to lend a hand. As a large crowd gathers, Archie finds himself overwhelmed; Mike struggles to mix drinks properly, Edith takes the stage to sing, and the guys are more interested in Gloria than anything else. To top it off, Archie's boss from the loading docks arrives, leading to a confrontation that leaves Edith feeling frustrated.
