After spending the night in a shepherd's hut on a cheese farm, Robson visits Barnard Castle before moving on to the Raby estate. Eager to discover the benefits of observing wildlife for mental wellbeing, he accompanies the Raby gamekeeper to check on the estate’s historic deer herd.
