Episode 1 (S03E01)

Kate encounters Kathryn and Steve, who are relocating with their six kids from Solihull to the Welsh Borders. Their new house is in disrepair and resembles a construction zone, and they embark on the task of transforming their 1.25 acres of land into a suitable environment for raising livestock.
