The countdown begins! In the first round, the chefs are tasked with incorporating a beautiful fruit alongside two different seafood items. The judges are curious to see how the chefs' individual backgrounds will influence their dishes. As the entrée round kicks off, time proves to be a challenge for the competitors. Two chefs express their frustration over undercooking one of the mystery ingredients, while another insists their choice to leave a second item slightly undercooked was intentional.
