Puddings Week (S01E04)

In the fourth week of competition, the five remaining bakers head to Bakewell in Derbyshire to tackle a beloved yet often overlooked British dessert: pudding. They’ll create sticky toffee puddings, peach and blueberry "boy-bait," rhubarb and orange betty, and a cherry queen of puddings. However, the judges, Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry, have a surprise bake in store that will really challenge the bakers under pressure.
