As the competition reaches its climax, the three finalists of The Great British Bake Off face their toughest task yet: creating delicious treats for the show's street party. With judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood in attendance, along with friends, family, and former contestants, the pressure is on. The bakers will elevate their skills by crafting an array of petits fours and puff pastry, a first for the series. Their creations include mille-feuille, mini Victoria sponges, strawberry and cream meringue nests, and tiny strawberry and rhubarb cheesecakes. Who will emerge as Britain’s top amateur baker in the 2011 season? It feels like they all deserve the title!
