A young man dials 911 after witnessing a burial in Griffith Park, prompting the police to uncover not just her remains, but also those of several other women killed over the past two years. Brenda immediately links the case to Philip Stroh and, defying departmental orders, is determined to connect him to the crimes. At the same time, the witness who reported the incident forces Brenda to reflect on her life and what lies ahead.
