Sardinia - Gino's Home From Home (S03E01)

Gino kicks off his newest Italian adventure in Olbia, a special spot on Sardinia's northeastern coast where he has resided for the last three years. With a deep love for fresh ingredients, he cultivates his own vegetables and maintains a vineyard at his stunning home. To honor Sardinia's national dish, he decides to host an Italian Festa for a few close friends. Gino sets to work preparing Porcheddu, the delectable roasted suckling pig that promises to be the highlight of the celebration.
