Episode 1 (S01E01)

In the opening episode, Tom Watson, Denise Lewis, Jodie Kidd, Craig Charles, Fleur East, Joe Weller, Jack Fincham, Lucy Fallon, Victoria Pendleton, Shaun Wallace, Adam Thomas, and Kimberly Wyatt are divided into two teams. They embark on their first challenging leg at sea, rowing a grueling 90 nautical miles from St Ives to Pembroke. Over the course of this 30-hour journey, they must contend with sea sickness and fatigue as they push through the demanding conditions.
