As the German Polygram executives arrive to finalize the acquisition of American Century, Richie drops a shocking revelation that stuns both the potential buyers and his partners, Zak Yankovich, ACR's promotions chief, and Skip Fontaine, the sales director. Once the chaos subsides, the Germans angrily exit the ACR office, leaving Richie to deal with the wrath of Zak, Skip, and company lawyer Scott Levitt.
