Araucaria (S01E06)

Title: Araucaria Plot: In the scenic town of Winmalee, NSW, chef Anthony and his partner Lauren run a restaurant nestled at the foot of the Blue Mountains. Despite the beautiful surroundings, they face a significant challenge: their restaurant is hidden behind a pokies room, making it hard for potential diners to find them. After just 11 months of operating under their lease, they're struggling to generate enough income to cover staff wages. While Anthony's culinary skills are impressive, he’s serving dishes that don’t resonate with the local clientele.
