Meanwhile, the detective LaRue attempted to arrest for fencing is reassigned to the Hill. Flaherty and Bates work to negotiate with a man threatening to detonate explosives in exchange for cash. At the same time, Joyce navigates a precarious situation, striving to resolve the job action while brokering a deal for her client that would secure a conviction against the dangerous mugger.
