The End of a Dream (S01E02)

In this episode, the early stages of the civil war unfold as the new Government, pushed by Churchill, launches an assault on the rebels holed up in the Four Courts. The insurgents seize control over the southern Munster Republic. In response, the Army mobilizes to the west and south to reestablish its dominance. Conflict erupts, leading to brother against brother, shocking the already weary citizens who have endured so much turmoil.
