Right before the taping begins, Tracy Jordan decides that the funniest thing is a performer breaking character with laughter, leading to chaos and annoyance for Jenna Maroney. At the same time, Jack Donaghy grapples with the challenges of his vow to stop drinking while Avery is pregnant. This episode was shot twice, with the East Coast version airing for viewers in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones, while the West Coast version was shown in the Western, Alaskan, and Hawaiian time zones.
