Full Circle (S01E13)

The Karadia brothers operate a carpet factory that has been plagued by a series of devastating fires. Authorities, including the police, fire department, and insurance company, suspect foul play. Among the casualties of the most recent blaze is a carpet ordered by Harry for The Grand, causing him concern as he's inflated its worth for his insurance claim. Ken trails the suspected arsonist to a hotel that Harry is on the verge of purchasing and catches him in the act of igniting a fire. Both Ken and the arsonist manage to escape just in time, avoiding disaster.
