Big Day (S01E05)

Mr. James entrusts Dave with distributing the yearly bonuses. Every employee is set to receive the usual $400 bonus, but two individuals stand out: one is awarded a hefty $3,000 'Big Bonus', while the other is labeled as receiving 'The Shaft'. Meanwhile, in a secondary storyline, Bill voices his frustration to Dave about the piles of clutter that seemingly appear on his desk out of nowhere.
