Meanwhile, Hank and Oscar decide to protest peacefully, while Brent attempts to negotiate with those in favor of the traffic light to restore harmony in Dog River. Meanwhile, Wanda is thrilled about getting a tattoo, but Emma's offer to assist with the design complicates things.
