Alan A Dale (S01E05)

During a visit to his new love Meg in Wickham, Little John is spotted by Guy and the Sheriff's men, leading to a harsh punishment for the villagers—a hefty fine equivalent to six months' wages. Meanwhile, a wandering minstrel named Alan A Dale is on a mission to confront the Sheriff, as his beloved Mildred is being forced into marriage with him and transported to Nottingham with a dowry of 10,000 marks. Recognizing an opportunity to assist Alan and aid the villagers, Robin and Marion devise a plan to rescue Mildred and ambush Guy and his men.
