Teaming up with Nona, Monica the KrebScout, Wayne, and unexpectedly, Pit Stain and his gang, he orchestrates an epic scheme. The target of his mischievous plan? Principal Swinger and a group of eight singers who visit the school each year to advocate for hygiene.
