In this episode, Paul revisits Cyprus, a place he called home for six years, to showcase his beloved Mediterranean dishes. In Paphos, he reconnects with a Cypriot baker friend to craft a delectable ham and cheese croissant. Paul then teams up with another old friend to create a sumptuous baklava and prepares a festive tray of spanikopita for a sunset celebration. Reflecting on his television debut, he also bakes traditional Cypriot village bread in an authentic village oven, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of the island.
