Emperor Yamada (Masunosuke Mitsushima) has successfully dealt with a man attempting to flee the Tokyo Vampire Hotel, but he now casts his gaze outside at a world where many refuse to accept the looming apocalypse. Tokyo is engulfed in an unending blaze. Yamada seeks a compliant partner for a couple’s experience, warning that those who resist will face death. Randomly, a man and a woman are bound together, destined to serve Yamada and his fellow vampires by providing blood. Captured Manami (Taketo Aya) begins to awaken her inherent blood power as Elisabeth Bartley (Megumi Kagurazaka) and others feed on her. Meanwhile, K finds himself drawn into a dark void within the hotel walls, discovering the grim reality of those who have fallen from the hotel’s grasp. In this living hell, K uncovers the true nature of the Tokyo Vampire Hotel.
