Joel Manby, the President and CEO of Herschend Family Entertainment, decides to go undercover within his own organization. During his experience, he encounters a young employee who dreams of stepping into his role. Through this journey, Joel realizes that managing a corporate boardroom may be less challenging than steering a boat filled with children.
