With the help of a veteran detective who uses a wheelchair and a renowned psychiatrist, Hooker uncovers clues indicating that the murderer, who always appears in vintage nurse attire, might actually be a man. Time is of the essence, as the evidence reveals they have less than 48 hours to apprehend the suspect before another victim is targeted.
