Title: The Surrogate Plot: Hooker encounters a woman grappling with her failing marriage at a bar, only for her to be tragically murdered soon after. Upon investigation, he discovers a disturbing link among this case and three others: all the victims had called a relationship therapist's radio show prior to their deaths. Believing the show holds vital clues, Hooker seeks the therapist’s assistance, but she hesitates, fearing negative publicity could deter future callers. Meanwhile, Stacy and Corrigan's bond deepens as they save a baby and its mother from a violent assault, adding complexity to their partnership.
