In December 1999, Rumel Bakar, the owner of Raj Douth in Lincoln, stepped out at 9 PM, assuring his staff he would be back in a quarter of an hour. However, he vanished without a trace. After his family announced a reward for information on his whereabouts, the restaurant received an anonymous tip. Police surveillance soon pointed to two main suspects, Mark Falco and Billy Wharton. As the investigation unfolded, detectives uncovered a shocking series of burial sites and dismembered remains scattered from Lincolnshire’s rugged coast to the depths of the English Channel.
