Halley & Justin (S01E09)

With a lively toddler and another baby on the way, Halley and Justin are desperate for a home that’s safer and more spacious. But they can’t put their current house on the market without a massive renovation first. Drew and Jonathan step in with a plan to help them move forward. As soon as the walls come down, though, disaster strikes: Jonathan uncovers a major leak, faulty wiring, mold, termite damage, and even a rat’s nest. The couple is crushed by the bad news and the ballooning costs. Meanwhile, Drew struggles to get Halley and Justin to agree on what their next home should look like.
