Nurse Jenna and firefighter Neil are eager to create a home together, but first, they need to renovate Neil's old frat house. This place has seen better days, and now Jonathan is stepping up to help turn the chaotic bachelor pad into a stunning residence. The firefighter crew joins in to assist with the demolition, but things take a surprising turn when they discover that the electrical work is in worse shape than anticipated, impacting their budget.
