Title: Gas and Air Plot: Sarah has earned her PhD and is presented with an amazing job opportunity overseas. However, she ultimately opts to decline it for the sake of her family. Meanwhile, Joe is making progress in his recovery; he just needs to take a drive and then walk to the pub for a drink. Vicky begins to question if Lindsay is as ideal as she thought. Jack recognizes that Sarah's chance is too valuable to ignore, and with Denise’s assistance, they plan to embark on a new adventure beyond Hebburn.
