Each chef has to create a single course that wows the judges, with only four advancing to impress three of the UK's most formidable restaurant critics. These critics expect two remarkable courses, and the chefs have just an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver a menu that could shape their future in MasterChef. Ultimately, only the two most talented chefs will earn a spot in the semi-finals, vying for the title of this year's Professional MasterChef.
