Rotsun Lives Again (S09E01)

Among the many cars in the Roadkill fleet, the 1971 Datsun 240z, affectionately dubbed the Rotsun, stands out for its relentless streak of failures. Time and time again, it has disappointed Freiburger and Finnegan at autocrosses, drag races, and even during the chaotic 24 Hours of Lemons. Yet, despite its many shortcomings, they can’t seem to let it go. Over the years, it has undergone various engine swaps, with its most recent being a turbocharged 5.0 Liter V8 from a fox body Mustang. In this episode, Freiburger and Finnegan set out to revive the Rotsun after years of neglect, aiming to fix its independent rear suspension issues and drive it to SEMA. Will the Rotsun finally succeed, or will it leave them stranded yet again?
