On Christmas Eve, Courtney visits a homeless shelter and is struck by the challenges faced by those in need. Inspired to make a difference, he vows to ensure that every family experiences the joy of Christmas. However, when he discovers that his budget falls short of his ambitious plans, Courtney becomes disheartened and his festive spirit begins to fade.
