As Scooter prepares to upload the newest episode of Muppets Now, Chip the I.T. technician arrives to install an upgrade on Scooter's overloaded computer. With time running out, Scooter must hustle to ensure everything is ready before the hard reboot takes effect, throwing his plans into disarray.
