Ben Sanderson is pushing to eliminate newborn screening tests. Meanwhile, one of Lu's patients suspects that a patient of Andy's might be a criminal, although they have doubts about their theory. Tensions rise as the staff fears for their jobs with the impending takeover of Rittenhouse by Octavian Systems. In the midst of this turmoil, Andy receives an offer to continue working at Rittenhouse, prompting him to advocate fiercely for Dr. Jackson's position.
