Kaneki finds himself a prisoner of Yamori, who delights in his cruel methods of torture. Meanwhile, the police and CCG launch an operation against Aogiri Tree, which has taken over a shopping mall in the 11th Ward as their base. Amid the chaos, the Anteiku team rallies together with the goal of saving Kaneki from his grim fate.
