Wasted! (S17E01)

In this challenge, the chefs face off with baskets filled with typically thrown-away food scraps. During the first round, they tackle herb stems and the remnants of a filleted fish. As they dig deeper, they’re startled to discover potatoes with eyes staring back at them. In the final dessert round, the two remaining chefs are tasked with transforming the most undesirable parts of bread and the driest sections of an orange into delicious treats.
