Meanwhile, Sergeant Jo Ann Kinney and Detective Ed Williams investigate the gruesome murders of a young couple in their home, discovering that the victims were acquainted with their assailant. They must navigate the dangerous world of drug dealers to uncover hesitant witnesses before the killer can slip through their grasp.
