While exploring the Tibetan Mountains, the gang encounters a villain known as the Cat Man, along with his mischievous feline crew. In a twist of fate, the Cat Man traps Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy in a shrinking water fountain, reducing them to mouse-sized versions of themselves. Despite their tiny predicament, the trio cleverly manages to push the Cat Man into the fountain, allowing them to make their escape. Once they are safely away from his lair, they return to their normal size, ready for their next adventure.
