Truth (S01E04)

Fourteen months following the catastrophe, the plant operators find themselves in a Soviet show trial. Meanwhile, scientists are on a quest for the hazardous remnants of the radioactive fuel at the reactor site. As the Soviet Union begins to collapse, an independent inquiry uncovers the real reasons behind the disaster and exposes the extent of the cover-up. Fast forward 40 years, and the nuclear exclusion zone has transformed into a battleground.
