Percy grows weary of being bossed around by the larger engines. The Fat Controller decides to assign him to the new Harbour, introducing a fresh engine named Montague, who likes to be called "Duck." The bigger engines attempt to assert their authority over Duck, but he refuses to be intimidated. Alongside Percy, Duck stands up to them, teaching the big engines a lesson in respect and teamwork.
