Following weeks of contentious exchanges in the media, DoSAC minister Nicola Murray MP and her rival, shadow minister Peter Mannion MP, are scheduled for a debate on Richard Bacon's late-night BBC Radio 5Live show. Meanwhile, communications director Malcolm Tucker and opposition PR expert Stewart Pearson settle in at their offices to tune in. However, when breaking news emerges that complicates the situation for the politicians, the broadcast transforms into a unique phone-in experience. Faced with the unexpected turn of events, Malcolm and Stewart scramble to send their teams to the studio.
