This week, a group of four housewives from Nottingham band together. Janet Street Porter tries to persuade Gordon to sample a trendy superfood. Ian Botham, the ex-cricketer, has his wine tasting abilities put on display. Meanwhile, Gordon heads to Scotland to craft buffalo mozzarella. Dom Joly throws down the gauntlet in The F Word kitchen, and there's troubling news regarding one of the lambs. Dishes featured include broad bean and scallop risotto, roast pork chops served with apple and radicchio, and delightful cherry samosas.
