In this showdown, the upscale Swan in Kent takes on the gourmet gastropub, the Pheasant from Cambridgeshire, in a fierce culinary competition. Meanwhile, with the holiday season in full swing, Gordon travels to Lapland in search of a unique festive meat—definitely not turkey.
