A Man About the House (S01E01)

The wild adventure kicks off with Janet Wood and Chrissy Snow throwing a farewell party for their soon-to-be-gone roommate, Eleanor, who we’ll get to know in Episode 44. While searching for a roommate to help with the rent, they stumble upon Jack Tripper, a party crasher hiding in their bathtub. Initially skeptical, they soon discover Jack’s culinary skills, thanks to his time at cooking school, and decide they want him to stick around. Their biggest challenge becomes convincing their landlords, Stanley and Helen Roper, that Jack is a suitable housemate. To ease their minds, Jack pretends to be gay, securing his spot and setting the stage for comedic chaos.
