Episode 3 (S01E03)

Stunned by Des' shift in his plea, Jay and the police dive headfirst into gathering evidence of premeditation. Their goal is to demonstrate to the court that Des was fully aware and in control of his actions when he committed the offenses. If they succeed, he will face a lengthy sentence with no chance of parole.
