Following a series of moped thefts in Scunthorpe, Sgt Tom Elvidge arrives on the scene and soon notices a fast-moving motorcycle that piques his interest. He decides to follow it. Meanwhile, in central Hull, PC Moff McEwan rushes to respond to an incident involving a heavy goods vehicle that has collided with a railway bridge. There are growing fears that the collision might have compromised the bridge’s stability, potentially risking its collapse.
