Title: Cadenza Plot: A youth orchestra makes its way to Coopers Crossing, where soloist Andrew finds himself smitten with Emma. Their fateful encounter occurs when their bus breaks down en route to the town. Just as the orchestra is ready to depart, the bus malfunctions again, prompting Emma to order replacement parts from Broken Hill. Meanwhile, Andrew sustains a severe hand injury that requires urgent surgery, leaving his future as a violinist uncertain. During his hospital stay, he shares with Emma that he tinkered with the bus to extend their time together.
