The team arrives at Hooke Court in Dorset to explore a moated manor house steeped in history. Now functioning as a school, the grounds are dotted with remnants from the last 500 years. As the trenchers commence their work, discoveries begin to accumulate. While they primarily seek evidence from the Civil War, they also uncover traces from medieval and Tudor times. They are accompanied by historians Sam Newton and Jonathan Foyle, and the school's students eagerly participate in the excavation. Meanwhile, Stewart expresses his own theories about the site, questioning the existence of the moat.
