Disturbing the Peace (S02E03)

After Mr. Mackay's release from Slade Prison, Fletcher is filled with optimism, believing that joyful times are returning. However, his excitement quickly fades when he encounters Mr. Mackay's new replacement, who brings a different set of challenges.
